Deskside Support Engineer
Location: Onsite in Marlow
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
A Global Infrastructure Consultancy is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to join their onsite support team in Marlow. This role focuses on providing high‑quality deskside support across software, Microsoft technologies, and user environments. You'll work hands‑on with Office 365, Intune, and Autopilot, supporting a modern workplace setup.
Key Responsibilities
Provide deskside software support to onsite users.
Manage PC lifecycle tasks and asset management.
Support installations, moves, and changes.
Act as Smart Hands for network and print equipment.
Deliver VIP support to senior stakeholders.
Support conferencing technology and onsite events.Required Skills & Experience
Previous IT support experience across PC software, networking, or print support.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure, and Active Directory.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and stay organised.
Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
Willingness to act as Smart Hands for network/print equipment.
