They are now seeking a caring and proactive individual to join their inclusion team on a part‑time basis (hours to be agreed depending on the candidate). This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs across the school, helping them access learning, regulating emotions, and promoting positive behaviour and well‑being. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience working with children with SEND or inclusion needs in a primary school setting. Be patient, nurturing, and able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils who may require additional emotional or learning support. Work effectively with the school's Inclusion Lead, class teachers, and wider staff team to support personalised learning plans. Use calm, consistent behaviour‑management strategies to help children feel safe, focused, and ready to learn. Be flexible and adaptable, able to respond to the varying needs of pupils throughout the day. Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team. Show initiative and reliability, maintaining professionalism at all times.
