Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

We are working with a law firm who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team.
Job Description
The role will include:
* Assisting and supporting fee earners with administrative duties.
* Handling confidential information discreetly
* Answering the telephone politely and in an efficient manner
* Administrative duties including photocopying and updating client details
The Candidate
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
* Knowledge on both sales and completions
* Land registry portal knowledge including submitting os1 and os2
* Great communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Able to complete Anti-Money Laundering checks
* Able to meet tight deadlines
* Fast and accurate typing speed
