This is a unique opportunity for someone with personal experience of the criminal justice system to use their insight to influence real change across prisons, probation, and community settings. About the Role You will lead and support peer research and consultation projects involving adults, young adults, and children. Working across London prisons, IRCs, and community services, you’ll engage directly with service users to gather insights that shape policy and improve systems. Key responsibilities include: Delivering research projects, consultations, and engagement activities Facilitating interviews, focus groups, and surveys Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers and participants Liaising with prisons, probation, NHS, and partner organisations Supporting project planning, delivery, and reporting This is a front-line, field-based role with regular travel (fully covered).
