Job Summary
Roland Mouret is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive our global sales initiatives. This is an opportunity to hit the ground running at a growing, fast-paced company with many opportunities for professional growth. In this role you will work directly with international accounts, focusing on the NAM territory, delivering strong sales performance. You will be responsible for executing the brand vision and sales strategy, you will have strong functional skills, systems expertise and the ability to analyse data. The role will report to the Director of Sales.
Role Description
Main functions include:
• International Accounts & NAM: this role will centre on supporting international accounts including key accounts, department stores and online channels, focusing on our NAM territory as the main contact at HQ.
• Support in preparation and follow up from sales appointments: scheduling appointments, managing calendar, supporting the team with preparation.
• Maintaining the order tracker after appointments for clients and supporting sales manager with amendments and cancellations
• Trade: support sales manager with weekly/monthly trade and sell through for key accounts, set up trade reports to share with sales manager and wholesale director
• In-season customer support: monitor stock levels for reorder opportunities, proactively initiate reorder opportunities with key accounts.
• Schedule and present virtual and in store product knowledge trainings, execute swaps, checking all products have gone live, descriptions are correct and product shots are reflective of brand guidelines, understand client sample needs and organise the shipping/return.
• Monitoring global pricing and providing weekly report
• Working with marketing to provide customers with seasonal assets.
• Analysis: end of season best sellers and post market feedback presentation to share with design team and management
• Continuity and reorder forecasting, budgeting for future seasons by customer and department, manage booking history by client, etc.
• Order management: creating and amending sales orders, tracking clients’ delivery windows, ensuring all POs are confirmed in advance of shipment windows.
• Showroom management: support team with showroom set up and organization across all locations (NYC, London, Milan,Paris,).
End of season reporting and analysis. Gathering information in a timely manner and preparing documents for internal and external presentations and meetings.
· Work closely with our accounts department to ensure invoices are shared with customers and paid on time. Monitor deposit tracker in collaboration with accounting team to ensure invoices are chased weekly and accurately.
The Candidate:
* Existing relationships with NAM/International key accounts and boutiques
* Strong Excel, numeracy and analytical skills
* At least 2 year’s experience in a similar role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Uses initiative and has a positive and enthusiastic attitude – can identify problems and finds a way to resolve with a can do attitude
* Keen attention to detail – methodical and understand the importance of meeting deadlines with the ability to self-correct and learn quickly from any mistakes
* Personable with strong relationship building skills. Hold themselves and others to a high standard
