Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. What will you be doing? As a People Partner, you’ll be aligned to a specific division within M Group, working closely with business leaders to tackle key talent challenges and opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in delivering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and ensuring our people strategies align with business goals.
