We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator on behalf of an international architecture and design practice, headquartered in London, working across architecture, interiors and strategy for clients in hospitality, retail and commercial sectors. They are a dynamic and creative studio with a strong global reputation. This is a one‑year fixed‑term contract.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will play a central role in delivering marketing initiatives, events and communications across the practice. This is a varied and hands‑on position at the heart of the marketing function, requiring someone who can manage multiple priorities with confidence, precision and a keen creative eye.
The ideal candidate will bring proven industry experience in marketing and communications, alongside strong organisational skills, excellent written communication and a genuine interest in architecture and design. Candidates must be comfortable managing both digital platforms and physical events, and at ease collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A background in marketing within the architectural or built environment sector is essential.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver events, including in‑house talks, exhibitions, conferences and client‑facing events
* Manage the events and conference calendar, including booking attendance and coordinating logistics
* Coordinate speakers, materials, logistics and event communications
* Support the development of case studies showcasing architectural and interiors projects
* Manage the practice’s image library and marketing assets, ensuring content is correctly organised, tagged and accessible
* Coordinate award submissions, including drafting content, gathering project information and managing deadlines
* Produce and distribute internal newsletters
* Coordinate website and intranet updates / page builds with external developers
* Support the marketing team with content, imagery and marketing materials
* Provide administrative support to the marketing function
