Role Responsibilities (once placed in schools):
5. Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
6. Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
7. Assist children with additional needs, including SEN
8. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
9. Support pupils’ social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
10. A passion for working with children and supporting their development
11. A willingness to learn and complete the training programme
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. A proactive and adaptable approach
14. Relevant experience is beneficial but not required
