Comprehensive online and practical training covering key aspects of the Teaching Assistant roleModules focused on safeguarding, behaviour management, and supporting learningOngoing support from experienced education consultantsOpportunities to gain paid work in local primary schools following successful completionRole Responsibilities (once placed in schools):
Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessonsWork with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsAssist children with additional needs, including SENHelp manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environmentSupport pupils’ social and emotional developmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
