This role is ideal for a skilled individual who takes pride in quality, accuracy, and safe working practices. Key Responsibilities: Operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. Loading and unloading components and setting tools where required. Monitoring milling and machining processes to ensure parts meet specification. Carrying out in-process inspection using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges. Making basic offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances. Reading and working from engineering drawings. Ensuring CNC milling machines run efficiently with minimal downtime. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working area. Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures.
