Service Care Legal are working with well-regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. This is a key hire into a growing Dispute Resolution team covering a broad range of matters including commercial litigation, contractual and shareholder disputes, insolvency, property litigation, and debt recovery. There is also exposure to PI/medical negligence and construction disputes. ROLE: Senior Associate - Dispute Resolution PQE: 5 years’ LOCATION: Guildford SALARY: £65,000 to £80,000 per annum The Role: Manage a caseload of high-value, complex commercial disputes Act as a senior fee earner, delivering high-quality client service Support partners on more complex matters Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, including trainees Play an active role in the development and growth of the Guildford team About You: Qualified Solicitor with strong disputes experience (5 years’ PQE) Proven experience in commercial/contractual disputes (shareholder disputes desirable) Experience in construction disputes advantageous Demonstrated ability or ambition to mentor and supervise others Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative Additional Information: Hybrid working (3 days in the office; more initially for onboarding) Clear progression opportunities for Associates stepping up Supportive, people-first culture with a focus on sustainable work-life balance Should this be an opportunity of interest, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on 01772 208969 or email across an updated CV to Lloyd.stanley@servicecare.org.uk.
