About ReviewSolicitors
ReviewSolicitors is the UK's leading review platform for law firms. We provide a SaaS solution that enables law firms and individual solicitors to collect, manage and showcase verified client reviews.
Our mission is to make the legal market more transparent and to improve access to justice by helping consumers make informed decisions when choosing a solicitor.
As we continue to grow, improving the user journey and strengthening our platform remains central to our strategy.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Junior Product Manager to support the ongoing improvement of the ReviewSolicitors platform.
This is a fully office-based role in Nottingham. Close collaboration with our Design, IT and senior leadership teams is essential, and hybrid or remote working is not available.
You will work closely with the Product Lead / Product Manager to understand how the platform operates, how users interact with it and where improvements can be made. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in SaaS product management.
Your primary focus will be supporting the optimisation of the end-to-end user journey across all sides of our marketplace.
Understanding Our Three Core User Types
1. Law Firms
Law firms use ReviewSolicitors as a reputation management and marketing tool. They:
* Onboard onto the platform
* Invite clients to leave verified reviews
* Manage and respond to feedback
* Monitor ratings and performance metrics
* Embed reviews onto their own websites
* Use dashboards to track engagement
You will help analyse onboarding journeys, dashboard usability and feature adoption levels. You will assist in identifying friction points and opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
2. Individual Solicitors
Individual solicitors engage with the platform through:
* Personal profile pages
* Practice area classifications
* Review attribution
* Regional and category rankings
* Reputation management tools
You will support improvements to profile presentation, clarity of information and overall visibility — ensuring individual solicitors are showcased effectively and fairly.
3. Consumers Seeking a Solicitor
Consumers use ReviewSolicitors to:
* Search by location and area of law
* Compare law firms and individual solicitors
* Read verified reviews
* Decide who to instruct
You will help analyse search behaviour, navigation flows and conversion journeys. Working alongside senior product leadership, you will contribute to improvements in usability, clarity and trust signals across the platform.
What You Will Do
You will support the mapping of user journeys and assist in identifying measurable improvement opportunities. From there, you will help define and document product enhancements.
A key part of this role is learning how to translate product ideas into structured documentation. You will assist in producing Product Requirement Documents, writing user stories and creating clearly defined acceptance criteria for our Design and IT teams.
You will collaborate closely with designers and developers, helping to ensure product improvements are implemented accurately and efficiently. After release, you will help monitor performance and gather insight to support further refinement.
Over time, this role offers clear progression into a more senior Product Manager position as your capability and ownership grow.
Search Engine Optimisation Awareness
Product decisions directly influence our organic visibility.
While you may not initially lead on SEO strategy, you must develop a clear understanding of how platform structure, content architecture, internal linking and user engagement signals affect search engine performance.
You will work alongside product, marketing and technical teams to ensure improvements support and strengthen our Google footprint.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with an interest in SaaS products and digital platforms. Experience in a product, digital, data or SaaS-related role is desirable, but we are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
You should be curious about how products work, motivated to improve user experiences and comfortable working with structured documentation.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and clear communication are essential.
Above all, we are looking for someone ambitious, reliable and genuinely passionate about building and improving SaaS products.
Why This Role Matters
ReviewSolicitors operates a dual-sided marketplace serving both law firms and consumers. Every improvement to the user journey increases transparency within the legal sector.
When law firms can manage reviews more effectively, engagement improves. When solicitor profiles are clearer and more informative, trust increases. When consumers can confidently compare options and make informed decisions, access to justice improves.
This role contributes directly to those outcomes and offers the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving and commercially ambitious SaaS business.
