1. Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum with an OTE up to £70,000

3. Monday to Friday working week with some Saturday mornings for month-end, typically 1 in 4

5. 25 days annual holiday plus statutory leave entitlement

Duties of the Service Manager:
9. Lead and develop the service reception team to ensure exceptional customer service standards
10. Manage workshop operations to maintain full capacity and efficiency
11. Drive bodyshop sales within retail and insurance sectors
12. Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring productivity and profitability
13. Collaborate with management to implement business growth strategies
14. Maintain excellent relationships with customers and insurance companies
Candidate spec for the Service Manager role:
15. Proven experience managing automotive service departments or similar roles
16. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
17. Excellent organisational and communication skills
18. A drive for achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
19. Familiarity with workshop operations and bodyshop processes
20. Valid driving licence and relevant industry qualifications preferred
