Bakery Operative 4 on / 4 off Starting from £30446.33 per annum. Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts - your shift pattern will change between 6am-6pm & 10am-10pm. Due to the shift pattern you MUST have your own transport. What your key responsibilities are: Operation of the roll plant Operation of the fryers Operation of the ovens Ideally you will have: Previous experience working in fast paced production environment. Previous experience of shift work or factory work. Great communication skills. A positive attitude, you’ll need to be resilient. A willingness to learn.
