The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food manufacturing and operational excellence? We're looking for a Production Manager to lead our bakery operations at Soreen—driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire production teams to deliver on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards
* Champion health & safety, food safety, and compliance across all operations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Technical, and People teams
* Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency through data-led decision-making
* Manage people performance, development, and wellbeing with a values-first approach
* Ensure audit readiness and represent the department with confidence and clarity
The Ideal Candidate
