Description
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in HR and Organisational Development systems to lead the delivery of key system development initiatives – all from the comfort of your home -Fully Remote role
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading programmes of work to improve systems functionality with a focus on automation, self-service, enhanced reporting, and customer experience
Managing and developing team members in the Systems Development team
Supporting change and improvement initiatives across the organisation
Providing expert advice and training to senior stakeholders and internal teams
Engaging with external software providers and benchmarking partners to inform future developments
Developing business cases, presenting findings, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing programmes in complex environments
Proven track record in HR/OD systems development (e.g. Resourcelink, Pyramid)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly
Confident leading both people and projects, driving performance and innovation
Knowledge of the political/public sector environment is a plus
Nice to Have:
PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (Essential)
MSP certification (Desirable)
Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable value
