* Produce and present monthly management accounts to inform commercial decisions.
* Analyse financial performance and deliver clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting activity to support delivery of financial targets.
* Maintain and enhance financial controls, reporting and governance frameworks.
* Partner with budget holders to monitor spend and improve resource efficiency.
* Support year‑end processes, audits and ongoing regulatory compliance.
* Contribute to ad‑hoc financial analysis, projects and business cases.
* Continuously review and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
* Proven experience across management accounting, reporting and financial control
* Highly detail‑focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
* Comfortable working with ERP systems and complex financial data
* Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
* Solid knowledge of statutory reporting, VAT and HMRC requirements
* Proactive and improvement‑focused, with a hands‑on approach to challenges
* Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
