Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve process issues. Work with PtP Service Provider, Genpact, to implement process improvements and provide ongoing support. Educate stakeholders on procurement processes and system functionalities. Track and manage issues and improvement opportunities through resolution. As an EMEA Procurement Ops Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: The Subject Matter Expert for Direct and Indirect Procurement processes and tools with the focus on Purchasing/Buying and multiple ERP Systems as we look at convergence, stabilization, and a future operating model. Working with the Procure to Pay (PtP) Operations team to provide support for development and deployment of global Procurement processes, establishing quality of service that adheres to standards. Support the PtP EMEA Leader on the alignment of Policy, Processes and Tools to implement and identify master data and transactional issues early in the Procurement process that may cause issues downstream with a goal of optimizing end-to-end work processes. Identify, develop, and continuously improve documentation (SOP, process flows, job aids, reference materials) and training needs, Monitor Operational Procurement metrics to identify areas needing improvement and work with the Service Provider to implement improvements. Your Skills and Expertise Ability to educate stakeholders and improve processes Track issues / process improvement opportunities through to resolution and identify areas of improvement Excellent cross functional collaboration and communication skills Problem solving analytical skills and critical thinking with attention to detail Understanding master data impact on procurement and financial dependencies To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 5 years of direct and indirect procurement end-to-end process knowledge and experience in a private, public, government or military environment 5 years of working knowledge or SAP (ECC, DMR), SRM & VIM Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with ERPs like MS Dynamics, BPCS, PeopleSoft, Oracle Familiarity with Supplier Automation tools such as EDI, Corcentric Experience with Case Management solutions (PowerApps) Work location: Remote Travel: May include up to 10% domestic Relocation Assistance: Not offered Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
