Operations Administrator 6511
Location: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities of an Operations Administrator:

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across internal departments and business functions.
*
Process purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and supplier documentation using Sage.
*
Coordinate travel arrangements and ad hoc bookings for staff and team leads.
*
Manage shared inboxes and respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
*
Order and track staff uniforms and equipment for use across various departments.
*
Reconcile departmental data and financial information for post-activity reviews.
*
Assist with credit control and liaise with third-party suppliers regarding outstanding payments.
*
Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal systems and databases.
*
Support internal teams with data entry, file management, and process coordination.
*
Help ensure compliance with internal procedures, health & safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
*
Liaise with operational managers to gather logistics information and maintain timelines.
*
Support event-related coordination tasks, such as accreditation management and document distribution.
*
Contribute to sustainability and efficiency initiatives across the business.
