They are searching for a Contracts Specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Maidstone. Your New Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients' businesses by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and providing general support to the contracts management and in-house legal teams. Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating various Commercial Contracts.
* Working closely with in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Managing active caseloads and adhering to delivery processes.
* Inputting and managing data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for the team.
* Contributing to service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed:
* Law Degree and/or Legal Qualification.
* Legal eligibility to work in the role's country.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail and client-facing experience.
* Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable:
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services contracting.
* In-house experience.
