KC Group are working with a multi-entity SME business with c.£15m turnover to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll oversee financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making across the group.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the finance function while managing a small team and partnering closely with operational stakeholders.
The Role
Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
Deliver variance analysis and present financial results to management
Ensure compliance, robust internal controls and accurate VAT reporting
Manage and develop a finance team of 3 (AP, AR, payroll)
Monitor cash flow and oversee credit control
Partner with operational managers to provide financial insight
Support system improvements and reporting enhancements
About You
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or QBE
Experience managing a small team
Sage 200 and advanced Excel skills
Experience within a multi-entity environment (desirable)
