Position: Logistics, Dispatch & Warehouse Manager
Location: Quipt Home Medical Corporate Office - Wilder, KY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Summary/Objective: The Logistics, Dispatch, and Warehouse Manager ensures superior service delivery of home medical equipment in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. The role oversees inventory accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Focus on patient satisfaction, exceeding expectations, and enriching lives.
* Lead, engage, and build a strong team to deliver medical equipment effectively.
* Manage daily delivery routes and productivity metrics to optimize dispatch operations.
* Identify and resolve problems to ensure excellent customer care and service.
* Promote safety in vehicles, warehouse, and patient homes.
* Support departmental collaboration to meet service expectations.
* Adhere to policies and reporting requirements for DOT, FDA, insurance, and JCAHO standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure equipment is tested and ready for delivery.
* Create and manage weekly schedules, including on-call rotations.
* Maintain proper inventory levels and vehicle safety standards.
* Provide ongoing technician training and performance evaluations.
* Manage staffing, including recruiting, hiring, and interviewing.
* Cover deliveries and service calls as needed.
Other Duties:
* Create and review purchase requests for accuracy.
* Dispatch deliveries using logistics software, including routing and additional deliveries.
* Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and perform inventory counts.

Requirements:
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 75 lbs, and operate vehicles with a valid driver’s license.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general computer use.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
* Ability to pass background check
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
* On-call rotation participation required
