Our client is a market leader in providing innovative and bespoke integrated systems to the transportation infrastructure industry. They offer services including Project Management, Consultancy, Software Development, and more to blue chip clients worldwide. Due to continued success and planned strategic growth, they are launching their GRADUATE ELECTRICAL and CONTROLS ENGINEERS recruitment campaign to expand their team of electrical and control professionals.
Many projects involve SCADA control systems and integrated audio & visual communication systems using IP technology. As market leaders, they have sustained growth, creating exciting opportunities for technically motivated, degree/HND qualified graduates in control, electrical, electronic, or software engineering.
As a graduate engineer, you will gain experience in designing, implementing, and testing control systems with PLCs, configuring SCADA packages, programming in high-level languages such as C, designing electrical panels, and integrating audio-visual IP subsystems.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Designing, implementing, and testing control/integrated systems as part of a team.
2. Programming PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function Block, or Statement List, and configuring SCADA software.
3. Using high-level programming languages like C, C++, C#, VB, and VBA.
4. Designing and configuring IP network systems.
5. Designing and testing ELV electrical panels.
6. Configuring CCTV, PA, and telephone systems over IP networks.
7. Performing FAT and site commissioning in collaboration with clients.
