Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting with essential daily activities.
* Providing crucial emotional support.
Contracts & Structured Schedule
We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:
* Full-Time Contracts: Available at 35 or 30 hours a week.
* Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work 5 out of 7 days a week.
* Predictable Rota: All services require 24hr care, but rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance for better personal planning.
Shift Details:
* Days: Between 07:00 – 22:30
* Sleep-ins: 22:30 – 07:00
* Sleep-In Pay: An enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 is paid per sleep-in shift.
