What You'll Do Lead daily ward rounds and manage respiratory patients. Perform pleural procedures including drainage and aspiration. Supervise junior doctors and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. Participate in outpatient clinics and quality improvement projects. Familiarity with pleural procedures - confident to insert pleural drains unsupervised Ability to assess and manage acutely unwell patients Strong communication skills with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary team members. Desirable Experience in respiratory outpatient clinics Pleural ultrasound skills and Bronchscopy Knowledge Essential Up to date knowledge of respiratory medicine.
