Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Hospital Project - London
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading Tier 1 contractor that is experiencing significant success.
Having won several significant projects which are due to start on site shortly they require numerous Senior Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to start as soon as possible.
The project you will be applying to be fully commercially responsible for is a new build extension and refurbishment of a central London hospital. The value of the project is circa £20m and will be a new build in between two existing buildings of which will be opened and connected.
For this role you will have the opportunity to join before the main construction work starts on the site and procure packages initially. You will as a Senior Quantity Surveyor report to the Commercial Director directly.
You will have at least 10-15yrs of main contracting experience and working on a mix of refurbishment and new build projects for recognised contractors. A degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
