Site Agent / Site Manager
Location: Stratford, East London
Salary: £50,000 £67,000 + package
The Role
A Tier 1 civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to deliver projects across the Civils and Water sectors within a highly regulated environment. You will take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, to specification and with strong commercial performance.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors, you will lead site teams and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery
2. Ensure works are delivered defect-free, on programme and to budget
3. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
