We're working with a much-loved, beautifully restored country pub just outside Henley-on-Thames. The kitchen currently serves around 40 covers, with plans to grow to 70 alongside a brand-new bar area. They champion seasonal menus and locally sourced produce, and it's a great time to join as their next Chef De Partie and develop your craft in a supportive, ambitious kitchen.
Live-in accommodation is available on site (£400 per month), making this a great opportunity if you're looking to relocate.

* £37,000 to £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
* Owning your section and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
* Prepping fresh ingredients and maintaining excellent mise en place
* Working cleanly and safely, upholding food hygiene standards
* Supporting service across multiple sections when needed
* Contributing ideas for specials and new dishes
What we're looking for…
* Experience in a fresh food kitchen at Chef De Partie level, or a strong Commis ready to step up
* A calm, organised approach during busy services
* Pride in presentation, seasoning and flavour
* A team player who communicates clearly
