We’re working with a much-loved, beautifully restored country pub just outside Henley-on-Thames. The kitchen currently serves around 40 covers, with plans to grow to 70 alongside a brand-new bar area. They champion seasonal menus and locally sourced produce, and it’s a great time to join as their next Chef De Partie and develop your craft in a supportive, ambitious kitchen.
Live-in accommodation is available on site (£400 per month), making this a great opportunity if you’re looking to relocate.

1. £37,000 to £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
7. Owning your section and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
8. Prepping fresh ingredients and maintaining excellent mise en place
9. Working cleanly and safely, upholding food hygiene standards
10. Supporting service across multiple sections when needed
11. Contributing ideas for specials and new dishes
What we’re looking for…
12. Experience in a fresh food kitchen at Chef De Partie level, or a strong Commis ready to step up
13. A calm, organised approach during busy services
14. Pride in presentation, seasoning and flavour
15. A team player who communicates clearly
