Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Senior Operations Coordinator role are:
3. Stock control
4. Calculating stock replenishment requirements
5. Liaising with suppliers and raising Purchase Orders
6. Approving Supplier Invoices & investigating any discrepancies
7. Accurately maintain landed costs
8. Booking freight collections and deliveries
9. Creating Customs paperwork for overseas shipments
10. Communicating with suppliers via email and telephone
11. Liaising with the Warehouse regarding dispatch and receipt of goods
12. Keeping business systems updated with progress of purchase activities
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Senior Operations Coordinator is someone with the following:
13. Experience within an administrative role with strong attention to detail
14. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
15. Highly competent computer skills; including Office 365 (Word & Excel)
16. Ability to problem solve and work alone when required
17. A good standard of English and Mathematics
Desirable skills and experience preferred
18. Previous experience in a supply chain or purchasing role
19. Experience of stock control systems
