Kitchen Team Leader – Premier Inn, Glasgow Pacific Quay (SECC)
Join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Leader at Premier Inn, Glasgow Pacific Quay. You will manage a small kitchen crew to prepare, cook and serve flagship Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes. Working 35 hours per week (evenings and weekends included), starting immediately, and with experience in catering is required.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and supervise kitchen staff during breakfast and lunch services.
* Ensure food quality, safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
* Plan and coordinate daily service schedules and staffing.
* Maintain inventory and stock supplies for the kitchen.
* Support the development of kitchen processes and continuously improve service delivery.
Pay & Contract
* Hourly rate: up to £13.81 per hour.
* Permanent full‑time (35 hours per week).
