What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians while maintaining top-tier Health & Safety standards
* Delivering excellent service to all customers — polite, prompt, and with accurate stock handling
* Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital tools to manage tasks efficiently
* Prioritising a busy workload and escalating any issues to the operational management team
* Performing van driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and solution-focused
* Solid understanding of warehouse operations
* Comfortable using computers – ideally with WMS experience
* Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules
* A Category B driving licence is essential
