Hours: 37 Hours per week
Salary: £24,242 per annum
We’re looking for a Property Services Administrator (Energy) to join our Property Services team on a fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of important energy‑efficiency improvement works across our homes.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
As a key contact for our customers, you’ll help ensure they feel informed, supported and valued throughout their energy improvement journey. You will:
✨ Be the first point of contact for customer queries — via phone, email, letters, and in person.
✨ Keep customers updated about planned energy improvement works and support them throughout the process.
✨ Update internal systems with clear, accurate information.
✨ Liaise closely with colleagues, contractors and external partners to ensure works progress smoothly.
✨ Raise Purchase and Works Orders when required, following financial procedures.
✨ Gather and upload essential documentation to support compliance and safe delivery of works.
✨ Carry out post‑installation customer satisfaction surveys — by phone, online and occasionally in customers’ homes.
✨ Help compile information needed to claim grant funding for completed works.
Your work will directly contribute to improving energy efficiency in homes and ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
🌱 What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Warm, positive and confident when dealing with people
✔ Highly organised with great attention to detail
✔ Skilled at prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
✔ Comfortable using IT systems and Office applications (particularly Word & Excel)
✔ A clear, empathetic communicator with strong written and verbal skills
✔ Experienced in administration and accurate data entry
✔ Motivated to learn, grow and contribute to team success
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience in social housing
• Knowledge of customer engagement, minute taking, or coordinating projects
• An ECDL/equivalent qualification or A‑Level/Level 3 education
