Salary: £42,000pa + (DOE) + Company Van & Fuel Card
Role
We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a commercial facilities management company, covering sites across Norfolk. The role involves planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial environments.
Duties
* PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
* Fault finding, testing, and repairs
* Lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small works
* Ensure compliance with electrical and H&S regulations
* Complete job reports and certification
* Participate in call-out rota (if required)
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition
* Commercial maintenance or FM experience
* Ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* 2391 or Testing & Inspection
* Facilities management experience
