Your Role as a Supply Teacher
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
Support student learning and engagement during teacher absences
Adapt to different school settings and follow each school's policies
What Were Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools is preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A flexible, positive, and professional attitude
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
