Position Overview: Celestar Corporation is seeking an Imagery Analyst to support the USSTRATCOM J2 by providing Advisory and Assistance Services. The selected candidate will be part of the Strategic Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) and will play a crucial role in improving the Command’s understanding of potential adversaries’ strategic relocatable targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Advise, assist, and conduct imagery analysis and all-source reporting to produce analytic reports/products.
2. Access and exploit softcopy National Technical Means (NTM) imagery as requested by the Government.
3. Author and edit imagery analysis findings through the IC’s GEOINT processing and dissemination system.
4. Coordinate with the designated Government representative to plan, prioritize, and forecast analytic projects.
5. Ensure imagery and all-source analysis production meets IC tradecraft standards and other relevant directives.
6. Document analytic project status using the JIOC Production Tracker.
7. Review analytic findings produced by JIOC, IC, or other mission partners and provide substantive comments.
8. Advise and assist the Government in developing a quality control and feedback mechanism for imagery analysis.
Qualifications:
9. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with imagery analysis tools such as Cedallion or NES.
10. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
