The Role
* Executive Chef to prepare fresh food in a high‑volume site, feeding around 700 per day.
* Executive Chef to lead and develop an enthusiastic team of 13.
* To oversee hospitality offering.
* Executive Chef to build client relationships.
The Requirements
* Executive Chef with a background in quality B&I or Education contract catering is essential.
* A self‑starter with a passion for people development.
* A genuine love for food.
