Job Description:
The Regional F&I Manager is responsible for driving F&I performance across multiple stores within Group 1 divisions. Responsibilities include overseeing F&I operations, implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, ensuring regulatory compliance, training and mentoring store teams, and maintaining strong relationships with finance and insurance providers. The role involves regular travel across the UK, collaboration with various departments, and adherence to FCA regulations.

Helpful skills and qualifications:
* Experience in F&I management in the automotive industry
* In-store sales and F&I experience
* Knowledge of automotive finance products and compliance standards
* Proven success in increasing F&I profitability
* Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Training and mentoring experience
* Presentation skills
* Analytical skills and proficiency with dealership management systems
* Ability to adapt to industry changes
