Job Description
* Support management of third-party performance and onboard projects to meet KPIs and SLAs.
* Lead performance meetings to align activities with business goals.
* Collaborate with operations, training, and systems as part of the onboard team.
* Act as liaison between internal teams and third-party partners.
* Oversee entertainment, themed cruises, and children's programs within budget, in collaboration with Marketing.
* Manage product availability and execution of third-party F&B and retail services.
* Address operational complexities to deliver the right customer offerings.
* Develop business cases for new product launches.
* Promote high-performance behaviours across the team.
* Oversee onboard retail and catering operations for high service standards.
* Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
* Enhance customer experience and satisfaction continually.
* Coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
* Oversee staff training and ensure health and safety compliance.
* Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements.
* Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates will have:
* Strong financial skills to drive sales and profit.
* Experience in Retail, F&B, Leisure, or travel sectors.
* Proven results in financial modelling, analysis, and budgeting.
* Ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Confident communication with third-party suppliers.
* A valid passport and ability to travel frequently between Hull, Amsterdam, and other sites.
