About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative People Advisor to join our growing team. As a key member of the People function, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Xelix. From onboarding new talent to supporting career development initiatives, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work and reach their full potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about building processes that scale as we grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring thoughtful and timely responses.
* Supporting selection and onboarding processes to create seamless experiences for new hires and maintaining employee files via our HRIS.
* Partnering with managers across teams to drive employee engagement and development.
* Coordinating learning and development initiatives, including managing our L&D platform and annual development budgets.
* Assisting with performance reviews and career frameworks to guide progression.
* Championing diversity, inclusion, and authentic workplace practices.
* Collaborating on HR projects that align with our ambitious growth plans.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proactive problem-solver with previous experience in HR or People Operations roles in a scale-up environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to employee relations.
* A passion for creating positive workplace experiences and fostering growth.
* Familiarity with HR systems or platforms.
