About the Role:
An emerging development company with a strong focus on regeneration is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis. The role will involve supporting projects across education, housing, and community-led initiatives in the UK.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally within the housing and master planning sectors, and will have previously worked within an architecture-focused BIM team in a leading practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on an independent BIM role within a supportive studio that offers flexible working, regular social activities, and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team with training and support in Revit
* Lead the BIM and information management
* Collaborate with project teams to develop workflows and BIM set up
* Assist with developing practice and project standards
* Review projects, models and documentation
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Experienced BIM coordinator
* Expert Revit and Navisworks knowledge
* Understanding of UK BIM standards, compliance, and data management
* Experience delivering large scale architecture schemes
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Qualification in Architecture BA or above
