As Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a varied corporate tax portfolio, overseeing compliance processes, and delivering high-quality advisory services. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, supporting corporate restructuring, R&D claims, group tax planning, and transactional work. This Bath-based role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to complex corporate tax matters, and the opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members within a supportive Chartered Accountants environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
* Provide corporate tax advisory services
* Review corporate tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff
* Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisor
* Support Partners with complex tax planning projects and business development initiatives
* Mentor and develop junior members of the corporate tax team
Requirements
* CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified
* At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
