Job Title: Site Agent Location: Ayrshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client, a respected civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a permanent Site Agent to support the delivery of a major windfarm project, initially based in Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in a high-profile infrastructure development. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of the project. You should have a strong civil engineering background, with demonstrable experience managing and delivering complex projects. Site management experience is essential. Applications from experienced Project Managers are also welcomed. Flexibility to travel in line with project demands is required. Key Responsibilities Ensuring all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards and company procedures are fully adhered to Planning, organising, and managing on-site labour and resources effectively Delivering the project safely, on time, within budget, and to the required client specification Maintaining accurate site records and registers Overseeing the implementation of company safety procedures and standards on site Building and maintaining strong working relationships with site staff, contractors, and clients Key Requirements HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience as a Site Agent delivering civil engineering projects Previous experience working on windfarm projects is desirable Sound knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures Methodical and organised, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence Willingness to travel as required by project locations If you're an experienced Site Agent or Senior Site Agent seeking to further your career with a well-established and forward-thinking contractor, we would be pleased to hear from you.
