What You'll Do:
Be sent recordings of meetings and accurately document discussions and decisions.
Summarize key points, action items, and assigned responsibilities.
Distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in minute-taking and administrative roles.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
