Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced, resilient, and dedicated SEMH/AP Teachers to support Alternative Provision schools and specialist SEMH settings across King’s Lynn and Wisbech.
Whether you're seeking full-time stability or flexible day-to-day supply, we have a range of opportunities designed to fit your lifestyle.
Hours typically run from 8:30am–3:30pm, though this may vary depending on the school. Monday to Friday only – enjoy a work–life balance with your weekends free!

The Ideal Candidate Will:
✅ Be a Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS / QTLS)
✅ Have proven experience working in SEMH, PRU, AP, or similar behavioural settings
✅ Hold an Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
✅ Be resilient, nurturing, adaptable, and confident in managing challenging behaviour
✅ Have a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
