Compliance & Onboarding Administrator Warrington £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

We are looking for a detail-driven, highly organised Compliance & Onboarding Manager to join our client, who are a global organisation based in Warrington. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring contractors and clients are onboarded accurately, compliantly, and efficiently supporting smooth placements and exceptional service delivery.

You’ll act as the central point of contact for contractor and client compliance, managing onboarding, vetting, contracts, reporting, and ongoing operational compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct right-to-work checks and ensure all engagement documentation is complete and stored correctly

* Validate contractor, client, placement and umbrella company details

* Manage onboarding progress and ensure all required information is received before placement start dates

* Request references and manage additional vetting (including security clearance where required)

* Issue contractor contracts and ensure IR35 compliance processes are followed

Client Onboarding & Contracting

* Issuing client contracts within SLA, ensuring accuracy and correct commercial terms

* Manage NDAs and supporting documentation

* Secure credit insurance limits and ensure policy adherence

* Validate client and hiring manager information to enable day-one access and placement readiness

Compliance Operations & Reporting

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records across internal systems

* Manage the shared compliance inbox, triaging and escalating where necessary

* Maintain and update policy documentation and process guides

* Complete monthly MI reporting and support internal audits

* Contribute compliance input to bid and tender submissions

Timesheet & Delivery Support

* Approve compliance-owned timesheets and resolve approval issues

* Send weekly and monthly confirmations for consumption and deliverables

* Oversee manual timesheet processes where automation is not possible

Stakeholder Support

* Act as the go-to contact for contractor compliance queries

* Provide timely, high-quality responses to internal teams

* Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and placements

Skills required:

* Has experience in compliance, onboarding, recruitment operations, or contractor management

* Understands right-to-work checks, IR35 processes, and GDPR requirements

* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

* Can manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

* Communicates clearly and confidently with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders

* Enjoys improving processes and maintaining high standards

* Experience within a recruitment or a sales environment would be advantageous.
