What You'll Do
* Work alongside the manager to manage all aspects of nursery running, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
* Build warm, trusting relationships with families and collaborate with external agencies to support each child’s growth and wellbeing.
* Guide and support the nursery team, keeping children safe at all times and delivering the EYFS in a fun, engaging way that meets all statutory requirements.
What You'll Need
* At least Level 3 in a UK‑recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS and extensive safeguarding knowledge.
* Leadership experience within a nursery setting.
* Enhanced DBS check – mandatory for the role.
* Comprehensive safeguarding training, including ongoing professional development.
