Coordinate and manage events, tournaments, and coaching sessions, ensuring they are well-organised and successful. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members. Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Supervise and train club staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the club and attract new members. Monitor and report on club performance, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
