Job Opportunity: Care and Treatment Review (CTR) Hub Coordinator
As part of ongoing investment in services for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board has commissioned a Care and Treatment Review Hub (CTR Hub) to manage, support, oversee, and administer CTRs across Greater Manchester. Care and Treatment Reviews (CTRs) are designed to transform services for individuals of all ages with learning disabilities and autism. They are intended for people admitted to mental health hospitals or at risk of admission, providing additional scrutiny, expert insight, and an alternative perspective to existing health and care review processes. This role offers an opportunity to be involved in the development and launch of a new service, working collaboratively with local commissioners, service providers, service users, families, and carers to deliver person-centered CTRs that positively impact lives. When fully operational, the hub will contribute to developing quality standards and governance activities. The successful candidate will support CTR delivery, ensure benchmarking against national standards for quality assurance, and oversee training, coordination, and monitoring of the CTR program. The role also involves gathering feedback from service users, families, and carers. Mersey Care, serving over 1.4 million people across the North West, North Wales, and the Midlands, provides a wide range of physical and mental health services, including specialist inpatient and community services, and high secure mental health facilities. Our commitment is to ‘perfect care’—safe, effective, timely, equitable, and efficient—working alongside service users and their families to shape future services. Flexible working requests will be considered for all roles.
