Our client is seeking an experienced Tree Inspector to support the inspection and proactive management of trees across their highway network, with a focus on Ash Dieback.
Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed tree inspections across the highway network, open spaces, and other areas of responsibility
* Identify, assess, and record the presence and progression of Ash Dieback disease, providing evidence‑based management recommendations
* Maintain accurate digital records of inspections
Qualifications
* Recognised qualification in Arboriculture or demonstrable experience in tree inspection and surveying, particularly relating to Ash Dieback
* Knowledge of tree risk assessment methods
* Understanding of current legislation and best practice in arboriculture and tree management
* Competent in using IT for inspection recording
* Full UK Driving Licence
