Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team at a well-established business based in East Grinstead.
This is a varied, fully office-based role with some customer-facing elements, playing a key part in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service to both prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Responding promptly to incoming calls and email enquiries
* Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
* Scheduling appointments and managing team diaries
* Maintaining and updating the company's CRM system
* Providing general administrative support to the sales team
