Job Summary:
Krsnadasa Inc DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an English, STEM and Special Education Tutor. This is a part-time, hourly position located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students in English, STEM and Special Education.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $21 to $31 per hour. The successful candidate will also have access to a flexible schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
* Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's needs and learning objectives
* Provide instruction in English, STEM and Special Education subjects such as reading, writing, math, science and social studies
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and challenge students
* Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and/or guardians
* Collaborate with parents, teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students
* Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance
Requirements:
* Minimum required Qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is preferred in Education, English, STEM or Special Education
* At least 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring in English, STEM and/or Special Education
* Strong knowledge and understanding of current education principles, techniques and curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
* Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals
